Nur Rohman's journey exemplifies the success of our development program. As an ex-player who, for various reasons, couldn't break into the professional game, he faced a critical juncture after completing his basic education with few job prospects. However, his enduring passion for football did not go unnoticed by the Garuda Lions management. This recognition led to his inclusion in the Garuda Lions football coaching development program, where he was given the opportunity to coach while pursuing his PSSI D license course, subsidized by Garuda Lions FC, which he completed with flying colors.
